This underwater light is super fun and fabulous. Perfect for content creators. So many awesome things to use this light for. At home in your swimming pool or snorkeling since it can reach 131 ft down or 40m. Perfect. Super happy. It’s rechargeable and works for approximately 80 minutes. It has 20 high quality LED lights. Powerful and vibrant light. Strong and durable. Super bright. It makes videos and photos look super amazing. It bends in all directions needed. It can be used from almost any angle you may need. Super high quality design and materials. 700 lumens. Lightweight and easy to hold, carry, and use. It also has some awesome, attachable filters. It has 3 modes including a SOS mode which is so important for safety dives. Would definitely highly recommend this super awesome and amazing underwater light. Overall, we’re giving this super high quality and fun light ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

I put this light to fully charge, turned it on its highest setting, and let it go until it shut off. Once it reached about 60 minutes, the intensity of the light started dropping off dramatically and no longer reached the other side of the room. Around 80 to 90 minutes, the light was only capable of lighting my hand if it was directly in front of it. Around 180 minutes, the light was still on but extremely faint. And after 185 minutes, it died and shut off. So you’ve got a good 60-minutes before the light starts fading. The light is pretty useless after 80 minutes, although it doesn’t completely shut off at that point. I then set it to recharge, and it took 180 minutes to fully recharge (the red light inside the battery compartment shuts off).
There were five things I found annoying. The first is the User Manual — which was totally useless. How do you charge the battery? How do you open the system to access the battery (this is second annoying thing, which I had to look at another user’s review to see how to do it)? How do you insert and take off the color filters (third annoying thing was that these filters are easy to put in but really hard to take out as they go in SUPER TIGHT and to take them out you only have these little plastic nubs at one end and I just can’t pull them with my fingernails)? None of these questions were answered in the User Manual. The fourth annoying thing was that the flexible arm was really cheap. I can understand why the arm is so stiff, but it really is made from cheap plastic. And finally, the fifth annoying thing was that the USB-C charging cable is really short.

I have not had a chance to dive with this light yet, but it is incredibly bright. It seems well made and ready to go.

I got this light for multiple reasons. First, I enjoy waterproof lights because I shoot photos in the water on a regular basis. However, this light is very versatile and can be used as a fill light, or any other purpose. I needed extra light over my workstation, so I attached it to a flexible clamp I already had in place and it made a huge difference in my being able to see what I was doing.
The light had a small charge out of the box, so at first, it wasn’t as bright as I anticipated. However, after it was fully charged, you could see the full power of the light. It came with both a cold shoe and GoPro mount, so you can attach it to almost anything. It has 3 levels that can be reached by pressing the button repeatedly Bright, dim, blink, off. I installed it using the cold shoe on my underwater rig, and it fit like a glove. I like it better that way than using the included flexible arm, but the arm is also very useful.
It is rated for 130ft, which is amazing, but I only dive to 60ft so it goes plenty deep for my purposes. The run time of 80 minutes on high sounds like a short time compared to the dim setting lasting 6 hours, but that would be a really long dive, so it should last long enough for any dive I plan to do.
The light is made well, but the flex arm feels a little cheap. Overall, it’s a nice versatile set and I removed a star based on the price due to the material. More plastic than metal.

I want to be able to capture underwater wildlife. We went to Hawaii and I forgot to bring a go pro type camera we had. So mad at myself.
Other people in our group did bring one so they were great to take some video and share.
However, one amazing moment happened while snorkeling at Shark’s Cove. It was kind of low tide there. It made it hard to get to different areas. Everyone in my group worked together to point out a few little fish here and there, but we really hadn’t seen much. Then everyone but me moved to the other side.
There wasn’t a soul in my area.
All of a sudden I was surrounded by little groups of several different varieties of fish. They were amazing. I held really still and they stayed all around me. It was amazing. They seemed to feel completely safe with me.
The sad part was that I had no camera. I’m still kicking myself. I saw the most colorful amazing unusual fish that I would have loved to show to my kids later. I just have a picture in my head, which is still pretty neat. It was a surreal moment. I loved the interaction with them.
So, I now have this light and coupled with a go pro I’ll be ready for next time.

This is a handy little light for underwater video work. It is perfect for the occassional underwater shots in shallow water where extra light helps. Its bright enough and affordable. Recommended.
