    It worked well in the beginning but now all of a sudden it stopped working. When I put charging it shows it is charging. But after 2-3 hours when I try to turn it on, it won’t turn on.

    My young grandson loves this camera. It didn’t take long for him to understand how to use this camera. He now loves running around and taking pictures of everything he can.     Overall, this kids digital camera is fun and provides my grandson with a very entertaining experience. The ability to print out pictures is a really bonus. If you are looking for a great gift for your child or grandchild this digital camera would be perfect. Highly recommended.

    This camera is fantastic. The children thoroughly enjoy taking pictures and printing them. My son has accumulated quite a collection, and we even purchased a photo album specifically for his photographs. It functions as expected for a thermal printer. While it may not be ideal for high-quality photographs, it serves its purpose as a children’s camera. When the children are content, it brings joy to both their mother and me. The most advantageous aspect is the affordability of the rolls. It is advisable to compare prices, but the only requirements are the appropriate size and a thermal roll comparable to those used in cash registers or debit machines. These rolls perform just as well as the one included with the camera and can be found at exceptionally low prices when purchased in bulk.

    Great camera for kids and teens! The camera uses a standard 2.2 inch thermal paper. You can also use 2.2 inch self adhesive sticker paper as well and it seems to work well. Unfortunately, the camera still uses a micro-USB plug for charging and not USB-C. At least the battery life is pretty long even with constant prints. The menu is simple enough to navigate but the camera really needs few more buttons for easier navigation… I have to fumble around every time to figure out how to enter/exit a menu item, etc. Picture quality is pretty good for a toy camera though. Print quality, considering it’s B&W isn’t too bad either. The prints definitely look better when the setting is set to “darker” mode (see included pictures of both prints). Overall, for the price and how cheap it is to buy more thermal paper, I highly recommend this camera.

    I bought this camera for all of my kids, nieces, and nephews. Everyone loves them and uses them on walks at the parks and playgrounds. The camera is great quality, very well made. Super easy to use even my 3 year old navigates it easy, the price is pretty good too overall great high tech toy that is not a tablet. Would recommend 100%

    This camera has been an absolute hit in my house. It is super easy to set-up and use. My daughter hasn’t put it down since we opened it. What a great find. Hours of entertainment and fun in s as box. The picture quality is as expected. The filters are fun, and the pictures are easy to color.

    Kids instant camera is a total hit in our house. My 4 and 6 yr old boys approve and say this camera is “awesome”. They think it is the coolest thing that you can print the pictures that you take. My 6 yr old really loves to color so being able to decorate his printed picture was a nice added bonus. The camera has great quality pictures for a child’s camera and is super easy for little ones to use. As a mom, I love the fact that it has sd storage to be able to transfer all the kids pictures to my computer. It also comes with 3 rolls of paper, which is great because printing the pics is just as much fun as taking them. The first couple pics when printing don’t have as much ink and I am super impressed with the quality of printed once the ink gets started. The silicone exterior and neck strap make for added security to avoid drops but if it happens, I feel like it would hold up. I would absolutely recommend this camera for any little adventurers out there.

    This camera is unbelievable. OK, the resulting pictures are not near the quality of what my smartphone does – but they are still VERY good. But you have to think about how comparably little this camera cost. This camera has no focus adjustment – manual or automatic. It basically has one fixed focus setting (set during manufacturing). This is the same as was used in the snap shot cameras of the 60’s and 70’s. That in mind, the resulting pictures are pretty good. I’m sure that adding a focus adjustment would have noticeably increased the price of the camera – and an automatic focus even much more.

    This camera can take colour pictures (JPG) or videos (AVI) which are saved onto a 32 GB MicroSD card (included). It also can print out a picture immediately after you took the picture using a small built in thermal printer. This print feature can be easily turned on or off. It has a 2.4″ colour display on which you can see the picture/video you are about to take, or display pictures or videos you have already taken. The camera has a microphone to record audio for the videos you take. It also has a small built in speaker so that you can listen to the audio of videos you’ve taken as well as the various “sounds” the camera makes when you take a picture, change settings or play games. YES the camera also has a small amount of rudimentary (video) games built in which can be played on the screen using the various camera buttons as controls. The user manual makes no mention of what the games are or tips on how to play/use these games – you are one your own to figure this out.

    As I mentioned earlier, the pictures this camera takes are fairly good as the focus is of the “fixed focus” type. Just one fixed focus (not adjustable) setting, no depth of focus, it’s just point and shoot. However the colours of the pictures is excellent. I would say that the resulting pictures are better than what you would have gotten with the point and shoot (fixed focus) cameras of the 60’s and 70’s. – certainly as good or better than you get with the current disposable (film) cameras you can still buy. The resulting pictures look great on my computer.

    The quality of the picture prints it makes varies with the settings you select to use. I found the best printer settings to be using “Print Density” setting of “High” and using the “Print Mode” setting “Dot Print”. You configure these settings within the “Settings” section of the camera. You might prefer other settings. Regardless of these settings, the quality of the resulting printed pictures varies depending on lighting and colour depth of the subject image. My results ranged from “just fair” to “good”. This is pretty much what I would expect from such a small thermal printer at this very low price range.

    A big advantage of this printer is that it does NOT use ink. It uses thermal paper. The same kind of paper you find used for receipts in the portable credit card payment devices. You get 3 rolls of paper included with the camera. The seller’s description states that you should be able to print about 50 pictures per roll of paper. A search on Amazon for replacement paper resulted in finding many rolls that were the correct width BUT many that were too “thick” (the roll had too much paper on it – that would be too big to fit into the camera). After a few minutes I did find some replacement thermal paper that would fit. The original thermal paper rolls are 2.25″ (57mm) wide and the roll is about 1.06″ (27mm) thick. The roll of paper will be around 19 feet long. The replacement paper cost was quite cheap. For replacement thermal paper, search on Amazon for “Thermal Paper for Portable Kids Print Camera”

    The camera has a built in (software) feature to add templates (frames?) to the pictures you take. There are various themes – too many to list. You have to turn this ON/OFF before you take a picture. The camera comes with 5 small budget colour markers. Kids can use these (or other markers you supply) to colour or mark up the phots or the frames/themes they printed them with.

    With this review, I have uploaded copies of 3 JPG pictures taken with this camera. The camera was set to 1080p and 12M for these JPGs (20M would have resulted in higher resolution photos – but 12M is still great). I have also uploaded scanned copies of the associated print out made as these pictures were taken. The scans were made at a high resolution (800dpi) so as to exceed the quality of the print out. This way the scanned prints are a good representation of what I got. Just keep in mind the print loses in resolution when you see it in a bigger size on your screen. The printed picture is about 85mm (3 3/8″) wide by 48mm (1 7/8″) tall. So to get a good idea of what the printed picture actually looks like, shrink the viewed image on your computer screen quite a bit to match the actual size.

    I also uploaded a short video (AVI) I made with this camera. In it you can hear me say “Hello Test” – to confirm that the built in microphone works while recording videos.

    In conclusion, this is a FANTASTIC little camera. It will keep any child entertained taking pictures or videos. Perhaps a great learning tool for the early start photographer to be. With the printer turned off, it also makes a great camera for adults to take along in situations where you might not want to use your smartphone camera – like at a pool party, a canoe trip or ? This camera IS NOT waterproof but likely it would withstand a little bit of splashing – but what I actually mean is at this price it takes real good pictures and if you accidently drop it into the lake and loose it… the loss won’t hurt anywhere as near as losing your smartphone would!

    My daughter loves it the shutter time is short so she doesn’t have to stay still for super long time it’s easy to work and she loves that you can print the picture out and have it for yourself after and the markers it came with to color the pictures
