This is a great underwater case for diving. The only main issue I have with it is if you do not properly set up the positioning for the knob that controls the zoom and go in the water, well I hope you aren’t zoomed in too far because you will be stuck with that zoom setting until you get out to open the case and correct it. I also noticed that it was fogging up some times but I think if I use some of that anti fog stuff it should correct that issue. I won’t know until our next trip which will be to HI in August. Other than that, great case minus the price being the fact that the case cost over twice the price of the camera…wtf

This is a nice heavy duty housing for a camera that Canon offers no housing for. The buttons were a tad bit stiff and the zoom, once you touched it, would go all the way in either direction. The zoom reminded me of a car door window where once you hit the button it either goes all the way down or all the way up. Sometimes I couldn’t get the camera to fire at all and had to turn it off and back on. Normally I would suspect the camera, but I’ve shot 5,000+ photos and never had this problem unless it was in the Ikelite housing. The price point is good, but I hope Canon offers a housing for the Elph 520HS sometime soon.
