The case doesn’t seal correctly so in fact it is not waterproof! it does not cover any water pressure or anything in water. Condensation comes up a few second being submerged into water, obviously it is inaccurate description as it says “diving protective.” It didn’t work less than 5 feet water.

I don’t know why I expected differently when I ordered this, but enclosures like these don’t allow for ventilation so they don’t work as well as everyone hopes. I recorded for a total of 18 minutes with my GoPro 11 mini in this case. There is no heat dissipation so the GoPro overheats and turns itself off. My recording settings are at 2K with a refresh rate of 30Hz so it wasn’t the recording settings that was causing the overheating. I guess if one were to go swimming in the water, that would allow for the heat to dissipate better but using the enclosure for protection against dropping or collisions during recording doesn’t work very well since the recording time is so short.
As far a waterproofing and protection, this case is great. The plastic is tough, and the rubber sealing is excellent at purchase. I don’t know if the sealing rubber will wear over time since any product like this will probably wear with use.

Me parece que debe mejorar su calidad, ya que es una carcasa anti agua, lo que no comentan es que se oxida, y eso que no la e metido al agua, solo la e ocuparo por seguridad de la cámara.

Works great and is very reliable underwater. Since it’s not a GoPro product, the lenses don’t fit on it, but still allowed for pictures and videos.

It seems like accessories for the GoPro Mini have been slow to roll out, but finally a waterproof/protection case has appeared and I snapped it up. It seems to be well made and I know it’s air tight since it “hissed” the first time I opened the case. Since I live at a higher altitude, air expands a bit and I see/hear it in anything that is waterproof or airtight, like potato chip bags or in this case, a waterproof case.
The buttons line up as expected and the little display on the camera is still visible. Although the primary use for this case is for additional waterproofness and how deep you can go underwater, I will be using it mostly just to protect the camera while driving off road in my old 4WD campervan. I’ve been apprehensive putting my newish Mini on the outside of my van while driving as it looks so vulnerable and bare. With this case, I can feel confident that it will fend off flying rock chips, brushes with tree branches, and really heavy rain. This is about as inexpensive insurance I could have.
And if I’m lucky to be near a body of deep water, I’m covered for that as well. At under $20, this is a no brainer for me personally. I like my Mini and don’t want to mess it up if I can help it and this case will go a long way to achieve that goal.

After opening the outer package, it was found that the box containing the items inside was damaged, there were two items without packaging bags, and the outer package did not have tape to fit the box, which was completely a kind of item after being used by others. What I paid for was new, not used by others, that is, to sell the returned items, it was necessary to write clearly

Not worth ordering very low quality item I opened the item n threw it in the garbage where it belongs. I wish there were no star to rate it as it deserves no stars. Garbage do not buy this item

Fits easily over camera and does not disrupt quality of picture. Not sure if it is leak proof because haven’t used the camera in the rain. Keeps it dry when mounted to the boat.
