Muy buena calidad de imagen, excelente producto indispensable en los juegos de objetivos para cualquier fotógrafo amateur.

This lens is a great telephoto. It doesn’t have as much magnification as those built in mirrorless cameras you’ll see these days like the Fujifilm HS-50 with it’s 24 to 1000 mm 42x mag but still does the job nonetheless!
There is no stabilizer so yes, listen to the other people in the reviews, use a tripod or shoot with a high ISO and fast shutter speed. Otherwise things will blur, all the time, every time (not badly if you have a stable hand grip).
The focus is totally manual which is really neat so the lens functions even without the camera on! It’s quite fast too, albeit a bit noisier than those fully magnetic driven newfangled AF systems like the ones in the new 18-55 mm lens. It won’t focus if you have a total blur though so use it manually to give the camera *something* to work with instead of a totally blurry starting frame.
Also this thing weighs a fair bit, hilarious after using the stock 18-55 mm lens for years! Not too heavy though and it’s not massive like those dooky white monstrosities you’ll see sometimes.

    Fortemente consigliato.

for a cheap kit lens this thing is great. it doesn’t have image stabilization, but for this price I’m fine with using a tri pod. the clarity on this lens when dialed in correctly is amazing. I use it for further away and want full not blurred landscape photos so the higher f stop wasn’t an issue for me. but mainly it focuses really well and can produce some pretty sharp photos

I got this for my wife as one of her Christmas presents, and it’s just been a joy watching her get her tripod out and zoom in on the birds in the yard and take pics. It does a really good job and for the price point I don’t think it can be beat.

While not a $1,000 lens it still performs very well in many different scenarios. I’ve used it with sports, wildlife and landscape shots. Even used it for a panorama out of morbid curiosity. A lot of people are posting images (including me) however the pictures don’t entirely due the lens justice. Unfortunately a lot of the images lose quite a bit of quality when uploaded.

Great beginner lens for people starting out in photography and want decent zoom.

The autofocus can be a bit sketchy at times, especially during action shots however if you are good with manual tweaking settings and the focus areas it can still perform what you want it to 90% of the time.

That’s honestly my only real complaint but it was simply a minor inconvenience off the start and I was able to quickly correct it for what I needed or switched over to manual mode (absurd people still do that in 2024 I know).

If you’re looking to by a telescopic and don’t have the $900+ budget for the high end lenses this is definitely worth a try.

My daughter is using it on her camera. She is using it to be able to draw in the subjects she photographs.

This lens is awesome for the price! I wanted it to take sports shots and was honestly hesitant about purchasing it. So glad I did! It takes awesome portrait style photos also with the blurred background. I haven’t had to use a tripod either and my photos come out great with no blur. I would Definitely recommend it!

A qualidade Canon não tem muito o que discutir, só compro essa marca.

Bought it around $200 and it is very good. Quality of pictures is great

There was a tiny piece of dust that was inside the lens (visible on right side in pics) that I didn’t notice until after I took my photos, but I had it replaced super quickly and easily which is great support, and the new one is perfect.

This is a great beginner/budget zoom lens that is a big upgrade from the included kit lens on the Rebel T7. For the price, it does the job very well. The focal range covers a decent amount and I have only tested it at an air show, but it does make you work for the shot. Great value lens.

Some drawbacks though is that there is no image stabilization, and the autofocus can be pretty slow and get confused especially on faster moving objects. I already expected those issues, since you get what you pay for, but for something that isn’t the USM or higher end lenses it did way better than I thought it would. I had to use manual focus a fair bit so I missed some shots, but the ones I managed to get turned out way better than I expected.

Overall for the price it is a great buy, especially if you plan on photographing slower/still subjects. For practice or casual/hobby photography this is a perfect starter for using telephoto/zoom lenses. I plan to try it on wildlife which may be easier than fast moving planes.
