This is a really nice action camera for the price! First off, it feels nicely made and doesn’t feel cheap. This is made to be used underwater so it already has a nice waterproof enclosure. I haven’t had an opportunity to take it swimming, but I did submerge it into a bucket of water and it still works just fine. This camera can be used outside of the water as well. It comes with everything you need including the microSD card.
The menu is very easy to use and setup. It’s not a touch screen, but the buttons make it easy to navigate. There aren’t a lot of settings to go through which tends to help make it very user friendly. It does have built in wifi and it is easy to connect to your phone via the app. Photos and videos can be downloaded directly to your phone or tablet. You can also use the app to change settings, too. The LCD screen itself can be a little difficult to see in bright settings and it’s not very high quality, but it does the trick.
The photo and video quality is actually quite good for a camera at this price point. Don’t let the LCD screen fool you when reviewing the photos or videos. I have attached some sample photos to this review that are straight off the sdcard so you can see for yourself. It’s not mind blowing by any means, but again, for a camera at this price point, it is still very good.
The battery life is OK but it really depends on how much you use it. It can be charged via a power bank so you can charge it on the go if you would like. The camera can be used while charging as well – just note that it won’t be water proof with that door open.
All things considered, this is a really nice camera for the price and does an excellent job capturing life, underwater or above water!

Works great – does what you’d expect, and the selfie view screen is a real plus. I didn’t like how blindingly bright the flash is, however. If you need to use the flash to record people, just know that you’re going to get a lot of shots of grimacing faces with hands held up to their eyes… And a lot of comments like “hey.. Are you trying to blind us with that thing?” Still, the bright flash is great for video of anything other than people in the dark. VERDICT: Recommended as an affordable alternative to alternative to a GoPro or Insta360 for casual use that won’t ruin your day if you lose one like I did (I bought another!)
